Sarah began her real estate career 21 years ago in Woodend, where she had the privilege of working with industry veterans Julian and the late Joan Gladman. Drawing from their wealth of experience and under Joan's mentorship, Sarah has gained extensive knowledge of the Woodend property market. She is excited to return to the Davies Gladman team, influenced by Julian's dynamic approach to real estate.

With a diverse background in reception, administration, marketing, and sales, Sarah brings a well-rounded skill set to her role as an Agent's Representative. She values open and transparent communication with colleagues, clients, and buyers, and pays close attention to administrative details.

In loving memory of our beloved Joan. A true legend of Woodend Real Estate history, Joan Gladman, whose remarkable career, experience, and local real estate knowledge spanned over five decades. She was the chief mentor, guide, and trusted adviser to Team DaviesGladman. Her integrity, wisdom, and knowledge were wrapped in a measured, delightful character that underpinned our marvelous Woodend Community pillar. We are all so, so proud to have called her our very own.

When you spoke with Joan, you were speaking to decades of property success right here in our neighbourhood. She diligently kept abreast of Local Town Planning issues, like Woodend’s Amendment C98, and would generously share that information despite her busy life.

You were also talking to a woman for whom attention to detail was an essential element of every sale, whether your property was historic, residential, commercial, industrial, or any measure of vacant land.

We miss you every day, dear, dear Joan. You lived a remarkable life and enriched the lives of every single person who was lucky enough to have spent time with you. We know you’re now resting in peace, and can hold your head up high and say, “I did it my way, and I did it well.”
